Handling Ops Berthing Jetty Conveyor Belt Coal Stockpile Power Plant Terminal Ops
  1. 1.1.1 The Contractor shall perform coal unloading operations from vessels and/or barges using approved unloading methods.
  2. 1.1.2 The Contractor shall ensure continuous, safe, and efficient coal discharge operations in accordance with agreed operational targets.
  3. 1.1.3 The Contractor shall manage cargo trimming and vessel hold cleaning upon completion of unloading activities.
  4. 1.1.4 The Contractor shall prevent cargo loss, spillage, and contamination during coal handling operations.

1.2 Marine Vessel Berthing, Unberthing, and Shifting Services

1.2.1 The Contractor shall coordinate vessel berthing, unberthing, and shifting at the jetty or terminal.
1.2.2 The Contractor shall ensure proper mooring and unmooring in compliance with marine safety standards.
1.2.3 Vessel movement shall be conducted in accordance with applicable maritime regulations and terminal procedures.

1.3 Jetty, Wharf, and Coal Terminal Operations

1.3.1 The Contractor shall operate and supervise jetty, wharf, and coal terminal facilities.
1.3.2 The Contractor shall ensure readiness, availability, and proper functioning of terminal infrastructure.
1.3.3 The Contractor shall coordinate marine and landside coal handling activities within the terminal area.

1.4 Conveyor Belt and Material Handling System Operations

1.4.1 The Contractor shall operate conveyor belts, transfer towers, and shiploader or unloader systems.
1.4.2 The Contractor shall ensure uninterrupted coal flow from unloading points to stockpile areas or power plant facilities.
1.4.3 The Contractor shall monitor system performance and report any operational abnormalities.

1.5 Coal Transshipment and Barging Services

1.5.1 The Contractor shall manage ship-to-barge and barge-to-ship coal transshipment activities.
1.5.2 The Contractor shall coordinate barge loading, towing, and unloading operations.
1.5.3 Transshipment activities shall be performed in accordance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.

1.6 Coal Stockpile Handling, Stacking, and Reclaiming

1.6.1 The Contractor shall perform coal stacking and reclaiming operations based on power plant demand.
1.6.2 The Contractor shall manage coal stockpiles to maintain required coal quantity and quality.
1.6.3 The Contractor shall support coal blending activities when required by the Employer.

1.7 Continuous Coal Conveying to Power Plant Facilities

1.7.1 The Contractor shall convey coal from jetty or stockyard facilities to power plant receiving systems.
1.7.2 The Contractor shall ensure continuity of coal supply to support uninterrupted power generation.
1.7.3 The Contractor shall coordinate coal delivery schedules with power plant operations.

1.8 Marine Terminal Operational Control and Supervision

1.8.1 The Contractor shall provide on-site operational control and supervision of marine terminal activities.
1.8.2 The Contractor shall coordinate all parties involved in coal handling operations.
1.8.3 The Contractor shall ensure compliance with contractual scope and performance standards.
